Heartland Festival 2017

Music - Art - Talks - Food

Heartland Festival takes place the June 2-4, 2017 at the beautiful Egeskov Slot at Sydfyn. Here, contemporary art, music, and gastronomic experiences come together in a cultural extravaganza.

Heartland Festival will deliver high-quality entertainment between the 2nd and 4th of June, 2017. Heartland Festival differs from other festivals in Denmark due to its combination of live conversation, contemporary art, music and gastronomic experiences.

The festival addresses people who cherish quality and culture. At the culinary scene, the festival has teamed up with chef Per Hallundbæk from Falsled Kro – one of the best restaurants in Denmark. So, if you love great food and great music, make sure you don’t miss out on the Heartland Festival.

Stretching over three days, the festival is held in historical surroundings in the gorgeus area of Egeskov Slot. At the music stage you, will be able to enjoy London Grammer, Alex Vargas, Bryan Ferry and The Minds of 99 – just to name a few.

The special thing about the festival is the live conversations – TALKS – where different topics, such as “food and human optimization,” “lust,” and “war tourism,” will be discussed by Thomas Rode Andersen with Oluf Borbye Pedersen, Lone Frank with Ole Fogh Kirkeby, and Loretta Napoleoni with Jill Byrnit.
